Late Fees
A late fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) will apply if an invoice remains unpaid after (2) business days of notice. An additional fifty dollars ($50.00) will apply every (3) business days if an invoice remains unpaid.
Processing Fees
Processing fees will apply for any transaction made with a credit, debit, or ACH purchase for orders over one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). If the transaction amount is under one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), there is no processing fee associated with it. There is no processing fee for purchases over one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and processed via wire transfer.
File Retrieval Policy
If a retainer client decides not to renew, the client will have forty-eight (48) hours or two (2) business days to retrieve any files, including PDFs, workflows, and assets created for them during the engagement period. After this time frame, all files will be removed from our records. Extensions beyond this period will be at the discretion of our agency and must be requested within the initial retrieval window.
Reinstatement Fees
A reinstatement fee will apply for any contracts paused for more than (4) weeks and any contracts terminated early. If the client wants to come back for new services, they will have to pay a five-hundred-dollar ($500.00) reinstatement fee. This is a flat fee.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds because our team dedicates time and effort to tailor-design workflows, build offer suites, brand company form templates, etc. We pour all we have into helping our clients streamline their operations to run profitably on autopilot. Clients understand they are paying us for the time and the work we do. Our work is not contingent upon any results.
U.S. Holidays
We honor all U.S. holidays and all U.S. federal holidays. Our agency is closed on major holidays such as New Year's Eve, New Year, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and Juneteenth. We are closed for Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the last week of December.
Client Communication
Email is our main form of communication. You can expect a response to your email no later than (2) business days, not including weekends, office closures, and federal holidays. We will schedule calls as needed throughout the engagement. We do not accept unscheduled phone calls, social media DMs, or other forms other than email. We reserve the right to send you a text or give you an unscheduled call in the case of a time-sensitive matter or emergency.
