Vini Domingues
Founder & CEO, Bring Home the Bacon Media
Background: Vini Domingues is a marketing strategist and CEO of Bring Home the Bacon, a growth-focused agency that specializes in Facebook advertising, eCommerce strategy, and client acquisition. As client work and team responsibilities expanded, Vini realized he needed back-end operational support to reduce manual tasks, reclaim time, and hit aggressive revenue and lifestyle goals.
When he partnered with Streamline & Scale, his goal was clear:
While the client-facing side of Bring Home the Bacon Media was strong, the internal operations lacked the streamlined systems needed to scale. Challenges included:
No central project management system to track tasks across multiple services
Manual onboarding and client communications
No clear workflows or SOPs for different business offerings
Disconnected team processes, leading to delays and inefficiencies
A Facebook Group that needed repositioning and strategy for client acquisition
Vini as the bottleneck for systems, updates, and team communication
In late 2023, Bring Home the Bacon partnered with Streamline & Scale to build tailored systems across operations, project management, CRM workflows, and team delegation. The work focused on structured project delivery, platform integration, and marketing optimization.
Project Management, Client Onboarding & Time Ownership
Built a custom Project Management System first in Notion, then migrated to ClickUp, with program templates for Facebook Ads, Offer Builds, and eCommerce
Added a workspace for client management and delivery inside the PM System
Developed and integrated CRM workflows in Dubsado for each offer, including onboarding forms, canned emails, and automations
Created SOPs for team workflows, client handoffs, and tracking tools like the Lead Tracker
Drafted a CEO time-blocking schedule to reclaim work-life balance and align with Vini’s energy cycles
From Disorganized Hustle to Clear, Automated Execution
Introduced and customized a Team Management System in Notion with SOP templates, team HQs, and meeting docs
Launched automated project workflows to notify clients and the team of status updates via Slack and Notion
Created Facebook Group strategies including a revised name, expert-positioned welcome post, pre-screening questions, and engagement templates
Built and documented ClickUp automations to replicate the Notion system with deeper integrations
Designed and uploaded canned email templates, portal banners, and client communication assets
Delegation, SOPs & Internal Systems
Identified low-hanging fruit to optimize team workflows for internal and external contractors
Set up a clear structure for managing and revising SOPs across departments
Integrated Slack and Make.com for automated client and task updates
Clarified internal vs. external team deliverables with timeframes and owner accountability
Bring Home the Bacon Media now operates with centralized systems, automated onboarding, and a team-ready infrastructure. Vini reduced manual workload, established predictable work hours, and built out scalable systems to match his revenue and lifestyle goals.
No PM system, all updates done manual
Vini, his team, and his clients did not have visibility into client projects, progress, or success rate.
Vini led every project personally
CRM and canned emails are scattered across the docs
Facebook Group was misaligned and underutilized
Time-blocking didn’t exist; work bled into weekends
ClickUp + Notion systems run all client and team ops
Vini and the BHTB Media team have visibility into the status of every client project, progress, and team member assigned.
CRM workflows in Dubsado onboard clients automatically
SOPs built for internal & external teams with weekly updates
Facebook Group rebranded and built to drive leads
Time-blocking system in place — weekends protected

“Working with Allanté gave me the structure that I needed. I was so scatterbrained… now I’m in ClickUp, I know what I’m doing, I know what the team’s doing — and that’s a big win.”
