Developed task- and role-specific SOPs to remove guesswork from execution
Segmented all contacts in ActiveCampaign for targeted campaigns
Assigned task workflows to each team member using Project.co

Designed and delivered a Company Onboarding Presentation for future hires
Created individual Team Suites for each member to house tasks, metrics, and documentation
Reassigned Money Design report creation to the team, freeing the CEO from fulfillment
Introduced biweekly Executive meetings, quarterly team meetings, and weekly team updates
Established a team communication system accessible on the go, connecting the Virtual Support Team and the Executive Team
