Created SOPs for each client relationship to guide the team’s recurring tasks

Built a central Team Management System in Notion to house SOPs, team resources, and meeting notes

Developed task- and role-specific SOPs to remove guesswork from execution

Segmented all contacts in ActiveCampaign for targeted campaigns

Assigned task workflows to each team member using Project.co

Delegation, Communication, and Team Cohesion

Designed and delivered a Company Onboarding Presentation for future hires

Created individual Team Suites for each member to house tasks, metrics, and documentation
