Migrated 100% of forms, automations, and checkouts from Typeform and ThriveCart to Go HighLevel, consolidating the tech stack

Audited Go HighLevel infrastructure—streamlining forms, funnels, domains, surveys, and automation workflows to reduce confusion and improve functionality

Developed complete onboarding suites in Notion, including welcome decks, department HQs, SOP libraries, training materials, and Loom walkthroughs

Reorganized the team by department and function, giving each role performance metrics and clearer ownership of key initiatives
