Developed 7+ real-time dashboards (Client, Sales, Goal Tracking, Lead Gen, Challenge Metrics, Fulfillment, Email Marketing) for company-wide visibility, role, and task ownership.

Built a Client Management System that automatically alerts the team of upcoming graduations, overdue balances, and new contract wins to celebrate and feature.

Created company-branded onboarding and offboarding forms, including contract wins submission, feedback collection to begin tracking NPS scores, and program intake.

Rebuilt the wesleyfisher.com landing page to streamline lead flow into either the mentorship, monthly challenges, or consultation calls.

Upgraded the Sales Team Tracker to a form-based Airtable system with a visual Commissions Dashboard and KPI tracking.

Launched a complete SOP library, covering team operations, program delivery, sales, and support, ensuring continuity in Wes’s absence.

Refined Graduation and Winner’s Circle Call Processes to happen monthly/quarterly with automated outreach and follow-up to increase client retention and inject cash flow passively.

Implemented monthly All-Hands Meetings with agendas, team accountability check-ins, and strategic planning across departments.

Introduced milestone-based student nudges via automated email/SMS to keep mentees on track.

Hired and onboarded 7 new team members, including: Executive Assistant, Community Manager, HR Strategic Partner, Two Client Engagement Specialists (appointment setters), Two Support Coaches

Created onboarding assets (role-specific SOPs, company decks, job descriptions, templates) to streamline hiring.

Launched a Team HQ in Notion, with departmental suites, SOPs, meeting recordings, and individual task clarity for ownership.
